How do I create an account?
Visit relynta.com/signup and choose a plan. Free trial gives you 14 days of full access with no credit card required. After signing up, verify your email, then sign in to complete the onboarding wizard.
How do I connect my email?
Go to Settings → Email Accounts and click Add Email. Relynta supports Gmail (OAuth), Outlook (OAuth), and any IMAP/SMTP provider (Hostinger, GoDaddy, Zoho, custom domains, etc.). The wizard auto-detects your provider and guides you through setup. Emails start syncing within minutes.
What is the onboarding wizard?
After first sign-in, the wizard guides you through 5 steps: creating your business profile, connecting email, scanning your website (so AI learns your business), reviewing knowledge, and seeing an AI draft demo. You can skip any step and complete it later from Settings.
Can I add team members?
Yes. Go to Settings → Users & Roles and click Invite Member. Assign roles (Admin, Member, or Viewer). They'll receive an invitation email. The number of users depends on your plan.
Can I manage multiple businesses?
Yes. Go to Settings → Businesses to add multiple businesses under one account. Each can have its own name, logo, AI tone, templates, and knowledge base. Contacts, estimates, and invoices link to specific businesses.

How does AI drafting work?
Open an email thread and click Generate Draft in the AI panel. AI reads the conversation, checks your knowledge base (website, documents, FAQ), and writes a context-aware reply. Adjust the tone, add instructions, and edit before sending.
What is the Knowledge Base?
The Knowledge Base teaches AI about your business. Import website pages, upload PDFs, or add FAQ entries from the Knowledge Base page. AI uses this to write accurate replies with correct pricing, policies, and service details. The more you add, the smarter your replies become.
Does AI read all my emails?
AI only reads emails when you explicitly ask it to generate a draft or analyze a thread. Emails are stored securely in your workspace and are never used to train AI models. Each organization's data is completely isolated.
Can I use templates with AI?
Yes. Create templates in the sidebar, then select one when generating an AI draft. AI follows the template's structure while filling in details from the conversation and knowledge base. Great for proposals, follow-ups, and support replies.
What email providers do you support?
Gmail, Outlook/Office 365, and any IMAP/SMTP provider — Hostinger, GoDaddy, Zoho Mail, Namecheap, Rackspace, and custom domains. If your provider supports IMAP, it works with Relynta.

👥 Contacts & CRM

How do contacts get created?
Contacts are created automatically from synced emails, or manually, via CSV import, or when someone books through your booking page. Each contact has a timeline showing all interactions across email, SMS, appointments, estimates, and invoices.
Can I import contacts from a spreadsheet?
Yes. Click Import in Contacts, upload a CSV, and map columns to fields. The wizard handles duplicates, normalizes phone numbers, and lets you apply tags and assign owners during import.
What is the sales pipeline?
A visual board for tracking deals through stages (Discovery → Proposal → Negotiation → Closed Won). Customize stage names, colors, and probabilities. Create deals from any contact page or the Pipeline view.

💰 Estimates & Invoices

How do I send an estimate?
Go to Estimates → New Estimate. Add a contact, line items, tax, and discount. Click Send — the customer gets a branded email with a link to view, approve, or decline online. Approved estimates convert to invoices with one click.
How do I accept online payments?
Connect Stripe in Settings → Accept Payments. Invoices will include a Pay Now button for credit card payments. You can also add offline payment instructions (bank transfer, check) per invoice.
What is the Client Portal?
A branded page where your customers can view estimates, invoices, appointments, and shared documents. Send portal links from any contact page. No account needed — customers access everything via a secure link.

📅 Appointments

How does scheduling work?
Set up your availability, meeting types, and buffer time in Appointments → Settings. Share your booking page link — clients self-schedule based on available slots. Appointments sync to Google Calendar with automatic email and SMS reminders.
Can I add Zoom or Google Meet links?
Yes. Select the location type when scheduling. Google Meet links auto-generate when Calendar is connected. For Zoom, paste your meeting link. Confirmation emails include the link, meeting details, and "Add to Calendar" buttons.

💬 SMS

How does SMS work?
Connect your Twilio account in Settings → SMS. Relynta sends SMS confirmations for appointments, estimates, and invoices automatically. Two-way SMS conversations appear in the Inbox alongside email. Available on Starter plan and above.

⚙️ Account & Billing

How do I upgrade my plan?
Go to Settings → Billing to view your plan, usage, and upgrade options. Changes take effect immediately. All billing is through Stripe.
Is my data secure?
Yes. All data is encrypted in transit (TLS 1.2+) and at rest (AES-256). Each organization is isolated using Row Level Security. OAuth tokens are encrypted at the application level. Your emails are never used to train AI models.
Can I cancel anytime?
Yes. No long-term contracts. Cancel from Settings → Billing at any time. Your data remains accessible until the end of your billing period.
